Andrew started AML in 2003, driven by his passion for a more professional approach and methods, within the security industry.

Andrew’s leadership has been instrumental in building AML’s reputation for setting standards the industry benchmarks itself against.

Highly skilled in Risk Assessment & Advisory, Corporate Communications, Training & Assessment, Implementation Plans and activation, Andrew’s career spans high profile, globally recognised events such as Vivid Sydney, Americas Cup and assisting the Sudanese government with its general election.

Andrew’s expertise and experience in security and risk prevention, continues to elevate AML Risk Management as the industry leader, ensuring business and government thrive in a secure environment.

David Rossborough
Operations Manager

Joining the Security Industry in July 1998, David, our dedicated sales representative, boasts an illustrious and uninterrupted 25+ year career as a passionate and highly skilled security professional. His positive mindset and enthusiasm for security are complemented by a versatile skill set, encompassing a broad range of adaptable workplace skills. David’s expertise is the result of years of advanced training and a distinguished operational career within Australia, where he spent 17 years as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.

In addition to his operational experience, David holds a Diploma in Security and Risk Management, alongside numerous other workplace qualifications. These credentials contribute to his ability to deliver high-quality services & have a great understanding in order to meet our customers’ needs when they choose AML.

Glenn Brown
VSCS/HVM Consultant

AML Risk Management proudly welcomes Glenn Brown, an accomplished professional specialising in emergency response management, to its team. With over two decades of diverse experience in military and civilian safety systems, Glenn brings extensive expertise in incident investigations, procedural implementation, risk analysis, and management training.

Having served in the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR), his background spans both military and civilian contexts. In his role as the leader of the Control Risk Group (CRG) in Afghanistan, he managed security details for the Australian Ambassador, overseeing route planning, venue reconnaissance, and assessments & was acting Deputy Project Manager at the Edinburgh Risk International with the US Department of Defence (USDOD).His contributions extended to training local nationals and expatriates on Personal Security Detail to enhance their skills and awareness of security situations in Kabul, Afghanistan, and the wider Middle Eastern region.

Mr Brown’s domestic contributions include collaboration with Australian regulatory bodies such as Safe Work, Department of Mines and Petroleum, and the Gold Stealing Detection Unit (GSDU). He played a pivotal role in monitoring and enhancing mine rescue plans for both underground (UG) and surface operations and led first-line responses to on-site emergency activities.

AML Risk Management recognises the necessity of strengthening capabilities to address our safety systems nationwide. Leveraging his expertise, we aim to fortify our professional portfolio and extend strategic insights into modern-day issues.
